My guest in this episode is Danielle Vardaro, a proud working mom, Aviation Executive, global speaker, and a champion for women in the workplace.
Danielle is based in Boston, where she resides with her husband, and twin 4-year-old boys (Vance & Xander). When she’s not chasing preschoolers, you can find her on the Peloton, in an airport, or opening a bottle of champagne.
She holds a Masters in Mechanical Engineering and has spent her entire professional career in Aviation. Danielle is currently the Vice President of Worldwide Customer Support & Aftermarket Sales for Commercial Aviation with Embraer where she leads a high-impact global team.
Alongside her day job, she is committed to elevating the impact and presence of women in STE(A)M and is passionate about helping women actualize their full potential.
She created the Unstuck Your Career Bootcamp for busy women on the verge of change, where she coaches women on the tactics, tools and strategies to dial in your purpose, get unstuck, level-up, and love what you do.
Specifically, we talk about:
- Why it’s so important to be surrounded by community
- The impact of mentoring and mentorship
- The difference between STEAM and STEM
- How fitness creates mental and physical wellness and why it should be a priority
