Our journey with the Israelites continues on this week as the whole congregation faces another challenge, cries out to God in their distress, and has their needs met. The location of the miracle is renamed Massah and Meribah "because the Israelites quarreled and tested the Lord, saying, 'Is the Lord among us or not?'" How often do we want to ask a similar question? How do we know God is with us?
