Being Regenerated is a way of life for me. I feel like at this point of my life I want to be able to be as transparent as I can be and being honest about who I really am Being Regenerated is unlearning things that I have been taught and leaning new ideas and concepts in order to become my true authentic self 100% of the time. As a man its hard to heal, but it can be done by doing the work! It may mean cutting some people out, or having some tough conversations, but its nessasary for growth!
