I'm back with the first episode in nearly 2 weeks. And a rough 2 weeks it's been. I've been flat on my back fighting pneumonia, and it's taken a LOT out of me. I'm finally back to where I can carry on a conversation without struggling to breathe. But it's still difficult to record a whole podcast episode.

I'm back today to say that this will be the last episode to Teen Catalyst for the year. I plan to hit it hard next year with fresh new content and interviews for you guys. The format may change, but the show will still be here come January 2022.
