Unto us a child is born. NOW that unto us a child is born, the Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Prince of Peace, has given us everything we need to deal with what feels like oppressive darkness. The only real power darkness has is when human beings submit to it or when we deprive ourselves of light.

Jesus doesn’t just shine light on us, He doesn’t just take us out of darkness. He lives in us and He takes anything dark that was in us and He turns it into light.

Before Jesus you were everything that the enemy in the darkness says you are now. When you encountered Jesus Christ He illumined and illuminated you. He put His light in you and you became a light from His kingdom in this present darkness
