Have you chosen not to get the COVID vaccine?  If so, you literally have no rights in the workplace and are unable to file a lawsuit unless you believe discrimination is involved.  

Employers are beginning to take a hard stance on requiring the vaccine at work and have the ability to increase your health insurance, take away certain perks and even deny you time off if you need to quarantine due to contracting the virus!

This is so "dog eat dog" and it's time to start making a decision sooner rather than later.  If you choose to not get vaccinated, you could lose your job and have no recourse.  I am not sure how it will effect your unemployment benefits however your employer could make this hard for you and say that you violated a company policy to get your benefits denied.  

Face it:  There is really no freedom of choice in the workplace!
