Welcome back to Unwind + Reconnect, where we explore the transformative power of meditation. My name is Trevonne Homer (Trev). I am a Health Coach and Well-Being Educator committed to supporting you on your journey to living a healing lifestyle.

In today’s episode, we talk about stress, how meditation is the antidote to stress, and practice a short mantra-based meditation using either your primordial sound mantra or the mantra “So Hum”, the universal mantra that reflects the sound or vibration of the breath.
