Puerto Rican native Joelle is an up and coming R&B/Pop artist to look out for. Currently working on his full length Album in Los Angeles, California, Joelle is no stranger to music. With an EP 'About You' already out that tackles hard subjects such as heartbreak and addiction, there is no place he isn't willing to go to tell his story and help people get through life with his gift of music.
