Running is kind of a weird thing that humans do and seems to have a bad rep, but it can also be really fun and super rewarding both physically and mentally! In this episode I talk about all things running, including how I went from being a running-hater to being mildly addicted to it, the physical and mental benefits, and tips for making it suck less and improving!
