Gerry catches up with Shelia Gray who describes how her interest and experience with TA transformation in several firms led to her decision to join Quadient, a French-based company with facilities in 22 countries. Shelia works from Raleigh, NC and describes in fascinating detail her 5 goals for the next 6 months. Even more amazing is that outside of her traveling the world for work, she has made the time for her current passion of teaching English as a Foreign Language to the many immigrants who have come to America and are living in Raleigh.
