Larry Walters had always wanted to fly.  Unfortunately, his bad eyesight kept him from becoming a pilot when he joined the Air Force.  However, while sitting in his backyard one day, he came up with a plan that would allow him to fly and become famous at the same time. After all, a man can't just sit and do nothing.
