Coquitlam mayor Richard Stewart met with representatives of BelAir Taxis yesterday - who left a disabled woman waiting for a cab for three hours in the rain on Canada Day. There’s been a strong response to the story; and it’s triggered renewed calls for UBER to be legalised. Premier John Horgan says they’re trying to improve the current system while the ride sharing review continues.
