In May of 2011, we recorded a podcast with Pepper attorney John Brenner, a partner in the Health Effects Litigation Practice Group, to discuss a possible U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Mensing v. Pliva, which could pave the way for pharmaceutical companies to be liable to people who haven’t taken drugs that the pharmaceutical companies have effectively withdrawn from the market. Recently, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on Mensing v. Pliva, and we've recorded a new podcast with John to discuss the ruling.
