Two days ago, I received an email from Illinois Senator Jill Tracy.  She acknowledged her receipt of my letter about releasing my father early due to COVID.

COVID is on everyone’s minds right now.  Most of us are looking forward to coming out on the other side.  Maybe returning to some semblance of normal.  For the inmates in Illinois, I don’t know if they will ever get back to normal.
