Are you free? What does freedom even mean?  It's easy to think we are free when in reality we aren't. Maybe you think that because you are not locked up in a jail cell it means that you're free but what if that jail was not physical? What if that jail was emotional or was a relationship? What if it was your regular day to day habits or your physical condition? What if it was the opinion of other people?
