If you've spent any time in the health & fitness community on social media, you may have come across the term "biohacking". While often used, it's rarely defined. In the words of Dave Asprey, biohacking is "The art and science of changing the environment outside of you and inside of you so you have full control of your biology, to allow you to upgrade your body, mind, and your life."
Today, we run through some of the most basic forms of biohacking, as well as some of the more advanced biohacks that people are experimenting with to upgrade their body. And finally, we cover a few futuristic biohacks that are reminiscent of a Black Mirror episode.
