Recently I took my computer in to have it serviced. The technician replaced the keyboard and did several other things with the hardware. However, in the process, they also upgraded the operating system and wiped the drive. When I get it home, I restored the drive from the back-up but eventually discovered a malfunction. Here is my question what happens when an upgrade from God malfunctions or does it? Where is the actual malfunction?
