In this episode I talk about how girls/guys/etc see other girls/ guys/etc as their competition. Simply based on how attractive that other individual is they compare that to their own attractiveness. As if they are trying to tear themselves or tear others down. We should be uplifting one another and have a “girls supporting girls” “guys supporting guys” etc. type of mindset.
