This week, the UP2 crew is minus one first officer, but plus one awesome guest in the form of Jason Rogers (aka The Scarlet Phantom) to discuss the Kira-centric episode “Progress”.

When Bajor elects to tap the core of one of its moons as a new power source, Kira must ensure that the moon’s population is evacuated before the lethal project can begin. However, she encounters resistance from an elderly farmer, who may change her outlook on her newfound government position. Meanwhile, Jake and Nog go into business together, and we discover that Nog may not be the best businessman that one might expect from a Ferengi.
