I like to call this mix ‘Speed to Saturn’ - a sci-fi vision of what music will be playing as you travel in a Hyper Speed portal to a rave on Saturn, to escape a desolate and dystopian Planet Earth. The mix is a representation of what my friends and I have been experiencing and dancing to during the pandemic in Scotland. Currently our city of Glasgow has been in a depressing 9 months of lockdown, the longest in the UK - which we have been escaping through means of listening to futuristic Hard Trance and Hard Techno. We all live near the bridge in the picture - which on certain weekend nights looks like another planet, glimmering in the distance.
