During this episode, RJ talks about how he has been very upset recently. He has been upset because of the UFC 257 main event, NBA All Star game voting results, and the Red Wings having a bad start versus the Tampa Lightning. Even though he is upset upset about those things, some things have made him happy. He talks about how happy he is for the Lions' recent trade and high school winter sports returning.
