I would describe Taylor as a deeply empathetic person, and I believe that's what makes her great at what she does.

Susan is a graphic designer that specializes in print design. She has been in the industry 40 years and has seen the entire industry change, yet still remembers in vivid detail all the aspects of how her craft use to be done.
