Dr. Scott Keith is the Executive Director of 1517 The Legacy Project and Adjunct Professor of Theology at Concordia University in Irvine, California. He is a co-host of The Thinking Fellows Podcast and a contributor to The Jagged Word, 1517 The Legacy Project, and Christ Hold Fast blogs. Scott earned his doctorate from Foundation House Oxford, under the sponsorship of the Graduate Theological Foundation, studying under Dr. James A Nestingen. Dr. Keith’s research focused on the doctrine of good works in the writings of Philip Melanchthon.
Scott’s book, Being Dad: Father as a Picture of God’s Grace, deals with the way father are treated in modern culture and how fatherhood is discussed. Bringing in personal experiences with family, students, mentors and friends to bring to light a subject that is so desperately searching for attention. In addition he brings his scholarly personality, his Christian faith and a passion for story to navigate the reader to a better future.
