We saw our futures, we took a moon bath, we shed some fears, we got one step closer to being  newer, happier and healthier.

The three biggest fears that keep us stuck in our comfort zones are:

1. The fear of change which is the same as the fear of loss (all changes mean letting go of something)

2. The fear of the new and unfamiliar (here the mind goes into prophesising the many ways it won't work out), including the fear of being incapable and incompetent

3. The fear of discomfort. It is number three on the list, but is one of life's biggest drivers
