We talk about Tommy's musical influence from his uncle and older brothers, people in bands being "mythical creatures," red rat pedals, the art of writing letters and he gives us a motivational talking to.

I'm joined this week by Seamus Fields of the band Foxhedge. Seamus was a student at the School of Rock in Red Bank that I used to manage. He is a talented multi-instrumentalist, audio student and outstanding human. Enjoy!

This week my guest is indie folk and punk artist Nate Allen. Nate has a new project out under the name Good Saint Nathanael called "Hide No Truth." We talk about working in sawmills, paper routes, Green Day, Christian school, legalism, Tom Fest 98, Shorthanded playing his 17th birthday changing his life, bad times in San Francisco, seminary, workaholic tendencies, ruptured appendixes, spiritual abuse and much more! Mike Rucker was in school for over 25 years. He has degrees in Economics, Communications, a Masters in Film TV and New Media, an MBA from USC as well as a fitness certification from UCLA and data science certification from Johns Hopkins and finally a PHD in Philosophy from Alliant University. How does a guy like this find time to have fun? We'll start with 168 hours and go from there!
