The Urban Advantage Podcast has returned with a new co-host after a long hiatus. Jeff Caplan, Media Director at UNT Dallas, joins Greg Campbell as host of the podcast and discusses the show's new direction. In this installment they tackle the topic of colorism along with special guests Shaniece Miller, Assistant Director of the Graduate School and Kourtland Jordan, a UNTD business school alumna.

Co-host Ben Bullock announces his new career opportunity with the Dallas Cowboys. As for our special guests, we welcome the mother-daughter duo of Viola Caldwell and Tricia Patterson to the show to talk about their journey on receiving their master’s degrees from UNT Dallas.

In Episode 12, UNT Dallas associate professor of sociology and mental health awareness expert, Dr. Syeda Jesmin, stops by to talk about what steps the university are taken to address mental illness not only on campus but in southern Dallas. Also, co-host Greg Campbell gives some dad-to-dad advice to fellow co-host Ben Bullock, who recently became a new father.

In Episode 11, the University of North Texas System Chancellor Lesa Roe joins co-host Benjamin Bullock to talk about the importance of Women's History Month, including sharing her own accomplishments such as being the first woman center director for NASA's Langley Research Center.

In Episode 10, co-hosts Benjamin Bullock and Greg Campbell discuss what life is like as an entrepreneur and provide tips on how students can finish the semester strong. Bullock and Campbell give their March Madness predictions for the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament.
