This weekend on the show Glenn Bragonier is joined by Michelle Delaney, the Founder of Thorncliffe Park Urban Farmers.

Thorncliffe Park Urban Farmers came about out of a realization of a need for more sustainable and local food sources in their community. It has now grown into a communal garden tended to by members of the community that also provides an environment of education for students and families.
