In this edition of Maverick University, Pastor Phil Cavanaugh, Co-Pastor of Northwest Bible Baptist Church and Dean of Students at Providence Baptist College, delivers a special Thanksgiving-themed challenge. Pastor Cavanaugh contrasts the urgency of first-generation Christians with the skepticism of second-generation Christians. He also gives five tenets of success that can lead young second-generation Christians through their years of skepticism to one day buy truth.  

Tenets of Success: 1. Love the Word of God 2. Have a prayer life 3. Be obedient to God-given authority 4. Have respect for God and who and what He has placed in your life 5. Be thankful!
