Today we have a very special guest, Dr. George Ackerman, who is many things…a doctor, an advocate, and a champion for Parkinson’s Awareness, among other things, but most importantly, he is Sharon Riff Ackerman’s son. George and his family started TogetherForSharon® for the purpose of keeping his mother, Sharon Riff Ackerman’s memory alive and to share the message of Parkinson’s Awareness and hope for a cure. Today, he'll share more about his work raising awareness and his journey with his mother as her caregiver.
