In Episode 35 of Us Against Everything, Landen and I are diving into one of the most infamous murder mysteries in American history: Lizzie Borden and the deaths of Andrew and Abby Borden.

On August 4, 1892, Andrew and Abby were found brutally murdered inside their Fall River, Massachusetts home. Andrew’s daughter, Lizzie Borden, quickly became the center of the investigation and was eventually put on trial for both murders.

But she was acquitted.

More than 130 years later, people are STILL asking the same question: If Lizzie didn’t do it… who did?

We’re breaking down the Borden family, the tensions inside the house, Andrew’s wealth, the crime scene, Lizzie’s behavior, the investigation, the trial, and some of the evidence that has kept people debating this case for generations.

And we’re getting into Uncle John Morse, because Landen and I have some QUESTIONS. 👀

On October 31, 2010, in Martin, Ohio, authorities discovered the bodies of Susan Liske, her husband William, and their son Derek inside their home. Another son, Devon, returned home from spending the night elsewhere and walked into a nightmare.

At the center of the investigation was William “B.J.” Liske Jr., Susan’s son and William’s stepson.

We’re breaking down the timeline leading up to Halloween, B.J.’s behavior, his relationship with the family, his history, what investigators discovered, how he was eventually captured, and the evidence that ultimately connected him to the murders.

But there are parts of this story that raise even more questions.

We talk about what was happening inside this family before the murders, whether there were warning signs that were missed, what B.J. did immediately afterward, and some of the stranger details surrounding the case that don’t get talked about nearly enough.

And, of course, I answer psychic questions and share my own visions and impressions throughout the episode, while Landen digs into the research and asks me what I see surrounding the family, B.J., the house, and what may have been happening behind closed doors before that Halloween morning.

In Episode 33 of Us Against Everything, Landen and I are diving into one of the most disturbing true-crime cases we’ve ever covered: Robert Pickton and the women who disappeared from Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside.

At the center of this story is Pickton’s pig farm in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, where investigators eventually uncovered evidence connected to multiple missing women after years of families and advocates desperately trying to get authorities to take their disappearances seriously.

We’re digging into who Robert Pickton was, how he was finally caught, what investigators discovered on the property, the parties reportedly held at the farm, the enormous police investigation, and the failures that allowed vulnerable women to continue disappearing for years.

But there are also questions surrounding this case that have never completely gone away.

We get into the allegations involving other people around the farm, what Pickton reportedly said while speaking to an undercover officer in jail, why so many people believe he couldn’t have done everything alone, and the unanswered questions that continue to surround the property and the people who spent time there.

We also talk about the devastating reality that many of the missing and murdered women were Indigenous or otherwise marginalized, and why the failures surrounding their cases are such an important part of this story.
