The U.S. Census Bureau is starting to get its ground game together for next year’s decennial count, which is mandated by the U.S. Constitution. The census seeks to count every resident living in the United States. It happens every 10 years. The information collected determines the number of seats each state has in the U.S. House of Representatives , and is also used to distribute billions in federal funds to local communities.
