Rich Neely began his journey as an entrepreneur in 1995. A self-made millionaire by the age of 28, as a full-time real estate investor Rich personally has owned 150 investment real estate properties since 2002.

During a previous recession in 2010 and without a mentor, Rich stepped away from building/adding to his wealth and chose to become a full-time family man. Later, finding himself in a life-draining, heartwrenching divorce after 15 years of marriage. Rich used his formula to retake his life and start over.
