Track cycling is one of the most entertaining and fast-paced sports I've ever seen. And Mandy Marquardt makes winning look easy. She's won National Championships, and she owns two National Records. And she's doing this while managing her Type 1 Diabetes.

She races for Team Novo Nordisk, and is in the running to represent team USA in the 2020 Summer Olympics.
