We will explore the industrial change of labor to a commodity, disrupting the pre-industiral skilled labor market. The new corporate system at the same time crated a new corporate skilled labor market that helped grow the middle class. This middle class support the monopolies of that era. 

We will finish the episode by looking at the depth of American politics being just as messy in this era as today.
