(Part 3 of 8) America sent its best to China after WW2, yet China soon turned communist...how could this have happened? Who was to blame? Who lost China? …. or maybe we have it all backwards. China was the example of strategic discussion making and our failure to learn the lessons from China would lead to American mistakes later in the Cold War and even today.
