His reciprocal tariffs were blocked and then reinstated, his right-hand man walked away, there is the potential banning of free speech and international students, and the Ukraine and Russia war is still ongoing.
RMIT University International Relations Professor Aiden Warren told Bill McDonald on 4BC Breakfast, "This is also part of his broader cultural war, whether it be academic institutions or courts or elites that he has really issues with that we've seen all along, this is representative of that."
"The United States was built on moving away from kings and tyrants and oligarchies and it had these courts to provide checks and balances."
"That's why it's such a great democracy," Professor Warren said.
