Parental rights are constitutional rights that precede everything including Pandemics. The US Supreme Court sent orders to all American local courts to refuse, reject, and deny ALL emergency motions to have expedited hearings on custody and visitation. This is the PERFECT reason for ANY concerned parent to file for something like this however, despite the FACT that we DO have t hth is right they blocked it anyway. Which is completely WRONG and ILLEGAL. .
