Attorney Jordan Richards, owner and founder of USA Employment Lawyers, joins the podcast today. Jordan specializes in collective and class action litigation across the country but is based down here in South Florida and has recovered over 10 million dollars in unpaid wages for workers. Jordan’s also a former prosecutor with the State Attorney’s Office for the 17th Judicial Circuit in Broward County Florida. We focus on Miami restaurants taking upwards of 9% of the "service charge" aka what most people, even service workers, consider to be the TIP (yes it actually does go back to the restaurant owners).
