In this episode I chat with Jerry Fu who in his own words:   'I was born in the United States, growing up in a Taiwanese family. I encountered conflicts at work, in culture, and within myself.   I didn’t know how to handle any of it, and I didn’t know where to look for help.   Worse, I lost a job because I continually avoided conflict with an upset boss. But getting fired was the wake-up call I needed. I had to adapt myself and improve as a leader, which meant engaging the conflict I disliked so much. Ironically, my ongoing struggle with conflict became a fascination. Now, I help others take on the same challenges.'
