Janet Foy of Colorado Springs, CO is an FEI 4* judge,

USEF “S” Dressage Judge, a USEF “R” Sport Horse Breeding Judge, serves as an

FEI Technical Delegate and  a USDF L Faculty Member. Her first book,  “Training the not so Perfect Dressage Horse”, was published in 2012 and reached the

best seller lists.  Her second book “Dressage Solutions” was published in

2015.
