In this first episode of Think Like A Teacher, I have the absolute pleasure of talking to Paul Matthews, and incredible teacher from Australia who is passionate about helping students and helping teachers.

In addition to teaching history, Paul is a speaker and the CEO of an AI company called My Teacher Aid which is designed for teachers, by teachers to help them save time, become more creative and have a greater impact.

In this episode we discuss the importance of the first 15 minutes of class, how to incorporate AI to help teachers be more productive and ways to beat teacher burnout.
