Since most people think about their problems through emotion, don't you think it makes sense to appease to their emotions when it comes time to selling or marketing? That's why it's extremely important to use stories to connect with others emotionally. Also... do your best to avoid using too many technical terms as most people you're trying to connect with won't understand them.
