On December 31st, 1979 I fell in love for the first time. I was about to turn six, and Blondie (the singer, I am not that old) was rocking in the New Year with Dick Clark. I wanted to be with blondie almost as much as I wanted a dog.
Years later, a young me made that dream come true... Sort of.
I was born with a giant mop of curly blonde hair. I'm excited to go grey because when this transformation is complete, the carpet will finally match the drapes.
