If you saw the movie Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy, you know that the heroine Bridget has taken a long break from intimacy due to becoming a single mom, and her friends tell her it's a case of use or lose it when it comes to having sex. But getting back in the swing isn't always as easy as it may sound.  Two of us have had experience with this and we'll share what we did to make entering getting your groove back a lot easier.
