Youth placement facilities are centers for troubled adolescents who can't go back to their parents or to foster parents and have been removed from the foster system. This week's guest is Joe Perez, a Youth Counselor who works in one such facility. He states that roughly 80% of these youth are taking psychiatric drugs and the centers are given an additional $2,000 per month for each child taking these drugs and he wants to speak out about it.
