In this episode we talk about how using PTO could help you get promoted faster in the clinical research environment. One of the ideas expressed is that when someone is there in the office or working all of the time, the rest of the team can begin to take them for granted and not even realize their impact over time. When someone ends up taking a week off or two then the rest of the team has to step in to pick up the slack and realize just how much you have been contributing.
