Sara’s been teaching Authentic Relating (AR) for nearly a decade. Initially trained in conflict resolution and the study of intentional living communities, she founded a thousands-strong AR learning community in Austin, Texas. To date, Sara’s trained over 1000 leaders and released multiple publications to seed the foundation of AR communities in every continent, except Antarctica … so far!
With a focus on authenticity, empathy, leadership or culture-building worldwide, Sara is guiding Authentic Revolution to place AR in a wider context of theories, partnerships and programs to expand beyond the ecosystems our work has traditionally moved in.
Authentic Revolution is building a world where people find safety, community, connection and growth in their relationships and interactions, and leave stagnancy, isolation and disconnection behind.

People now are choosing access over ownership and new real estate projects need to be built specifically for the way humans are deciding to live together.
