Clipped from #77. We tend to create problems in our own head that don't even exist. Our anxieties and insecurities fabricate scenarios to test us. The fight is in your head. When these insecurities or feelings pop up, look at your mind as a child. Its nothing. You own it. It doesn't own you. Use your brain as a tool to fix problems and do some critical thinking when needed and then put it back down.
