Rebecca, alongside her husband Warren Buller, accumulated several single-family homes while stationed at various locations where the US Navy sent them. In 2012, they established Starboard Equity to achieve financial independence through real estate investment. With over a decade of experience in real estate, Rebecca is a dedicated multifamily syndicator, asset manager, and investor. She has spearheaded the acquisition of five multifamily properties and owns more than 2000 multifamily units.

While Warren was stationed at Naval Base San Diego, Rebecca initiated real estate syndication activities in Dallas-Fort Worth. Her ability to maintain a full-time job in one state while scouting for exceptional properties in another state, resulting in outstanding returns for investors, has positioned her as a featured speaker at real estate events and webinars, inspiring others to follow suit.

As a General Partner, she has syndicated eight properties with over 900 units and participated as a Limited Partner in 2900 units.
