Chinese medicine explains how grief is stored in the lungs. Have you ever started to cry and subconsciously began holding your breath? Choked back tears? Stuffed down pain in order to not show weakness or make others feel uncomfortable?
These knee jerk reactions may cause the body to store the emotions that can later manifest into long term physical and/ or emotional issues within the body.
